📦 Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

At Da Sto’!, we work hard to get your orders out quickly and reliably. Here’s how we ship and deliver:
đź“Ť Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships or a delivery confirmation for local deliveries.

Local Delivery Details

Service area: addresses within 10 miles of our business address (Glen Carbon, IL).

Schedule: deliveries start at 4:30 PM CT daily; orders placed by 4:30 PM CT go out the same evening. Orders after 4:30 PM CT go out the next delivery day.

Instructions: add gate/door codes or “leave at door” in Order Notes at checkout.

Contact: we may email/text an ETA. If we can’t complete delivery, we’ll attempt again the next day or contact you to coordinate.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or carrier delays.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
📦 Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. For Local Delivery, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation. You can also log in to your account to check status.
